Both FC Stumbras Kaunas players had been on trial with the FC Pro Vercelli 1892 this year before after that club executives decided to sign both on a one-year deal, with the option of a further year.
This season central midfielder Klaidas Janonis playing for his previous team FC Stumbras Kaunas in 12 matches scored 4 goals and made 9 assists. Centre back Martynas Zaleckis was not only reliable defender but also scored 2 goals in 11 matches.
